OHHDL and CTA’s Religion Dept. appeal Tibetans worldwide to observe collective prayers to overcome Coronavirus crisis

Dharamshala: In the wake of the recent Coronavirus outbreak, the Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama (OHHDL) issued a public appeal, urging Tibetans worldwide to observe select prayers aimed at overcoming the effects of the epidemic.

The Department of Religion and Culture, CTA also appealed the Tibetans to observe and chant the prescribed prayers as much as possible and collectively pray for the speedy resolution to the crisis and the wellbeing of humanity.

Please be advised that the instructions are based on Buddhist traditional beliefs and can be effectively practised by Buddhist adherents who regularly observe Buddhist mantras and prayers.
