Dharamshala: The 16th Kashag of the Central Tibetan Administration convened 7th Permanent Strategy Committee meeting at the Administrative Training Centre in Dharamshala today on 9 April 2025, Wednesday.
The three-day meeting will held from 9 to 11 April and is chaired by Sikyong Penpa Tsering and attended by all the committee members, including Kalon Dolma Gyari (Department of Security), Kalon Norzin Dolma (Department of Information and International Relations), former Kalon Tempa Tsering, former envoy of His Holiness the Dalai Lama Kelsang Gyaltsen, Secretary of the Gaden Phodrang Office Ngaba Tsegyam and the committee’s members: Political Secretary Tashi Gyatso of the Kashag Secretariat, Secretary Karma Rinchen (Department of Security), Secretary Karma Choeying (Department of Information and International Relations), and Secretary Dawa Tsering (Tibet Policy Institute).
