BRUSSELS, Belgium: The annual Tibetan representatives’ meeting organised by the Department of Information and International Relations (DIIR), Central Tibetan Administration was convened from 10 – 11 September in Brussels, Belgium.
The meeting was presided over by Sikyong Dr Lobsang Sangay and Secretary Sonam N Dagpo, Department of Information and International Relations, CTA.
Sikyong Dr Lobsang Sangay welcomed the representatives and gave the opening remarks.
The meeting deliberated on various agendas of the Central Tibetan Administration including the new Kashag’s guidelines for the various Offices of Tibet as well as discussions on administration and activities of the OOTs and a follow up action on the previous annual meeting of the representatives.
This was the first Office of Tibet (OOT) meeting of the 15th Kashag. The meeting was held after the successful conclusion of the Seventh International Conference of Tibet Support Groups in Belgium.
