Building on His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s vision for nurturing ‘seed of future Tibet’, the Central Tibetan Administration has been actively engaged in ensuring that the Tibetan youngsters growing up in the diaspora receive the best of both modern secular education and traditional Tibetan values. As part of this endeavor, the Office of Tibet organizes regular Tibetan youth empowerment and capacity building workshops in North America.
A Tibetan Youth Leadership and Capacity Building Workshop will be held in partnership with the Tibetan American Foundation of Minnesota from January 25 to 28, 20024.
We encourage Tibetan college students and young professionals in North America to participate and register as early as possible because it is first come first serve. Program details will be sent to registered participants through email.
Room and boarding services will be provided, and partial reimbursement for participants needing financial assistance with travel expenses might be considered based on the availability of funds.
