Dr. Lobsang Sangay, the Kalon Tripa of the Central Tibetan Administration will be visiting the United States from 31st October to November 7, 2011. Included in his itinerary are speaking engagements in Washington DC at the National Press Club and the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission of the US Congress. The Kalon Tripa will be meeting with legislators and policymakers to advance Tibetan issues.
