As every year, Tibetan Losar was celebrated with much pomp and fanfare amongst Tibetans in North America.
Tibetans with a long history, have a distinct culture and tradition. Tibetans in North America celebrate Losar and other important festivities with great fanfare so as to pass on the rich cultural heritage to future generations.
Led by Tibetan associations, local legislators and representatives of the community attended the celebrations. The local officials took note of the concerns shared by the Tibetan associations and how Tibetans pay importance to the preservation of their religion and culture in a foreign land.
