Dharamshala: Sikyong Penpa Tsering of the Central Tibetan Administration is set to embark on an official visit to Canada and the United States of America from 4 to 21 April 2024.
As part of his official engagements during this trip, Sikyong will meet with legislators, officials, and other prominent members, as well as members of the Tibetan community, in these two North American countries and is also scheduled to participate in a symposium with research centres.
Following his arrival to Canada from Dharamshala via Delhi, the exile Tibetan political leader is scheduled to undertake engagements in Toronto and Montreal from 5 to 11 April. Thereafter, Sikyong will visit Vermont, Boston, and Washington DC in the United States from 12 to 19 April.
