Washington DC: Representative Ngodup Tsering, Office of Tibet, Washington DC and OOT staff, and many American Dharma friends joined a special online Saga Dawa Festival Prayer for World Peace on Friday, 5 June. The event was organized by Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche and Drikung Dharma Sury; it was hosted by representative lineage masters from all traditions: Bonpo, Nyingmapa, Kagyupa, Sakyapa, and Gelugpa.
Representative Ngodup Tsering thanked the organizer for arranging such an event during a time during incomprehensible global suffering due to COVID-19. The event was live shared on the Garchen Meditation Centre Facebook page and also on the Office of Tibet-DC Facebook page.
