Dharamshala: As per the announcement of Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, His Holiness will confer two-day Avalokiteshvara Empowerment (Chenrezig wang) on 30-31 May 2020 from approximately 9 am to 10.30 am (Indian Standard Time).
