His Holiness the Dalai Lama Departs for Mundgod Doeguling Tibetan Settlement

Dharamshala: Earlier this morning, His Holiness the Dalai Lama departed for the Mundgod Doeguling Tibetan Settlement in the Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka.

Tibetans, devotees, and well-wishers lined the road from His Holiness’ residence at Tsuglagkhang to Kangra Airport, proffering white scarves, incense, and flowers as they gathered to see Him off.

On His way via Delhi, His Holiness is scheduled to arrive in Mundgod on 12 December by flight.
