September 19, 2017: The new board members of Tibetan Association of Northern California resumes charge from September 02,2017. The Office of Tibet, Washington, DC would like to congratulate the new members and wish them all the best; and at the same time appreciate the outgoing members for their sincere service and leadership for the community.
